When I went to get a drink, as she was unloading a crate, I asked her kindly if she could allow me to grab a drink, she grunted and didnt respond. In the same day she blocked the entrance to the toilet with chair and when I asked if I could get by, she told me 'you can shift the chairs then' without even looking at me. Other than this indivdual always fantastic service.July 06, 2016
